Good stay, but needs improvements.

Pros: The property is located in a safe and walkable area of BGC. There’s a 7/11, malls, and cafes nearby. Property had amenities and was able to provide us with the ample number of rooms we needed for our group. Property is communicative and will accommodate any hour of check-in.

Cons: Address is not accurate and missing the building name which resulted in us not being able to find it. Address only lists Tower 1 but does not specify that it is Avida Turf (there’s a lot of Avida towers in the area). Since we landed at 2 AM, it was very difficult to navigate. Property has 2 bathrooms, only 1 has hot water. This was very inconvenient for 5 adults to share 1 shower. Had I known this was the case, I would not have booked. Double checked the listing and it does not mention this. Very unhappy about this inconvenience. The master bedroom had two used towels hanging in the closet. 1 of the towels provided was also not a bath towel and more of a microfiber fleece towel so one of us had to use a smaller towel as a bath towel. Property has a lot of potential but these accumulated into a disappointing stay.
