Pros: What you see in the pictures are exactly how the place looks. The place is well maintained and well decorated. Very smooth transaction with the owner. Parking is very spacious and convenient. Very good value for money.

Cons: Was not able to cook. Stove is not operational. Understandably maybe because the owner prevents the guests to cook smelly foods. It would have been great to be able to boil eggs though. Mircowave, electric kettle, and rice cooker worked perfectly though.

Pros: The rooms were extremely nice for the price point. Always had exceptional service from Jha & the staff who were always a moments notice away from getting toiletries or anything that was needed for the room. Very clean, comfortable and again, such a great bargain for the view and accommodations. Would highly recommend

Pros: Luxurious but the price is not expensive. The room decorations perfectly are ready in all facilities, sofa, TV-cables, dining area, workspace, lighting, kitchen, refrigerator, air-con, queen bed, washing machine,water heater, using the door code don’t worry about the key.

Pros: The unit is clean and accessible to all your basic needs.Ms.Jha ,host is friendly and I have a little issue with my door passcode.Fortunately, it was solved right away.Highly recommend the unit to my family and friends.Free wifi/ big TV with Netflix to relax is much appreciated. Air Mall and assembly grounds mall are accessible to your needs. Thank you.

Cons: Bath towel, it will be nice if you can provide a cotton to absorb the water easily.

Pros: The unit was clean and smells good. The smart tv was easy to use. The set up was so nice no need for more decorations. Overall we had a great experience.

Cons: The towel wasn't absorbent. If you will provide a free complimentary coffee, it should be 3 in 1 or anything that doesn't use a coffee maker.

Pros: Recommended ang place! Madaling kausap ang staff 😊 super linis ✅ at nagustuhan namin yung pa libreng kape sa condo 😊 sorry po naubos namin. naka.ilang timpla po kami ng kape 😊 sarap kase. 💯 % Pang family at barkada, may mga board games din at mabilis.ang wifi!
