Cozy Condo Apartment in Makati / Manila with mall

Amazing little apartment with a beautiful view

Pros: It’s really quite amazing to have your own little apartment with a beautiful view over the city for such a low price. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The location is very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants and even a supermarket next door.

Cons: As the apartment is quite small but has all the living facilities, it feels a bit crammed. Some of the furniture and interior items are of very low quality. Ie the chair at the desk will not hold the weight of an adult.

Pros: Host was accommodating and helpful despite last minute booking. The unit is spacious with awesome city view.

Stayed for convenience

Pros: Location of property is central, lots of restos, grocery is downstairs; everything is within reach, stay is convenient

Cons: Small matter - the dining chairs are wobbly, so is the vanity table at the room; i used the vanity chair most of the time as it’s more stable. Hope you can invest on more stable chairs and tables.

Pros: high standard apartments, clean, perfect location, what more could you want, I will definitely come back

Cons: additional paid swimming pool

Pros: The location was great. It had its own little mini mall so didn't have to venture far. Room is small which is fine for 2. If you don't like heights I'd suggest staying lower down as this was on the 28th floor which was perfect for watching the new years eve fire works across the city. Awesome view. Host was extremely helpful.

Home away from home!

Pros: Home away from home! We loved our stay here. Ryan, the host, was amazing and maintained communication the whole time we were there. The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy some home comforts for a couple of days. The mall close by has everything you need including laundry, a supermarket, restaurants etc. We felt super safe in the building. Everything was comfortable, great wifi. No issues at all! Would highly recommend.

Perfect, would stay there again and absolutely recommend the condo.

Pros: The location in Makati is perfect and the apartment itself provides everything you need, has a good shower and comfortable beds. Communication with the host was excellent. Also, the views from the apartment are quite impressive and we especially liked that the host, Ryan, let us stay until 3pm without extra charge.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Pros: Great facilities and the host Ryan was very responsive to all our questions. Parking was organized for us that made my brothers stay very easy.

Enjoyable Stay

Pros: The room/unit was very comfortable and cosy. Very clean and had all amenities available for a short stay. Our host Ryan was very clear on giving informations to insure that our stay was enjoyable.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Good value for money - very nice comfortable - and excellent location.

Pros: The room + sleeping area was just fine for me - a small person traveling alone. The view was great, having the mall next door was also really great. The cozy apt was well equipped, bed comfortable and communications with the host excellent - he was superfast to give good instructions when needed. I do not usually recommend anything, but I really like this apt and would go back.
