Cosy and comfortable

Pros: It was small and cosy. Bed was comfortable, settee pulls out to be wider, TV has Netflix and more, cooking facilities, compact shower but with good water power.

Would stay again, perfect for 2 or 3 nights.

Pros: Location is good, handy to a mall, 7 eleven and plenty to choose when dining out.

Cons: A toaster for the kitchen .

Solid and good

Pros: The apartment is nice and tidy, contains all necessary equipment and facilities and Netflix plus YouTube on the television. Bed is rather small for a westerner like me (185+ cm). The location is in a quite clean businessy area of Makati, Greenbelt mall is at a walkable distance and so is Ayala Museum.

Cons: I had to cut a day short and let know but wasn’t refunded for it and there were insects inside regardless of the altitude sadly.

Pros: Wow, Rowell was very responsive & friendly. Appartment is on the 53rd floor and has a stunning view. Its small but very nice! I do reccommend it!

Pros: The house is cozy and warm, colors, furniture and all what is in the house make you very confortable. What I liked mostly is the attention of the owner, in the house you could find towels, soaps as you are in the hotel ( not common if you stay in an house )

Well equipped small apartment on a high floor

Pros: Very well equipped, everything you needed in the kitchen. Communication and check in were easy. The view is excellent

Cons: Much of this is a criticism of property in Manilla and the Philippines generally. The property is very small including the balcony. You have to pay extra for use of the pool. Generally Philippine property does not have a good price to value ratio
