AIR Luxury Makati CBD with balcony

Great Clean Central location. Recommended!!

Pros: The Amazing view from the Balcony, and the comfy bed.

Pros: The condo was very clean and smell so nice and fresh , the host was caring and responsive. The location is very central and close to every nice attractions. I loved everything about this condo and i definitely will book again.

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Lesson Learned (don't be too friendly with the hosts)

Pros: The moment we came into this room, it was clean and smelled good, that was what we liked, we felt home and the scenery outside was nice. It is also convenient because it is near big malls and embassies.

Cons: Here's what we don't like. We extended this room and checked out August 9, and I still want to extend more because it's a hassle that we will move again somewhere, our paperwork isn't finished yet and we have a toddler. 2 and a half days after we checked out, the host named Renalyn Pepe accused us of breaking their lavatory. Most of the time we are outside the unit because we are processing papers. We used booking, Airbnb, trips, and agoda. Every time we leave, we always respect people's stuff, and leave an appreciation directly to the host. They should tell us the night before we left. This is our first time that we encounter this. It never happened to us for a decade checking hotels in Thailand. Here I smell the scam strongly, the place was nice but never again, I won't recommend this. There are lots of rooms with better hosts, who cut dramas and focus on solutions.

Pros: It's comfortable, and the host is very responsive, we extend our stay and we still want to extend more but the days are already taken. It feels like home ❤️❤️❤️

Pros: The host is lovely and friendly… makes a lot of difference. Accomodating to questions and understanding to problems and situations.

Pros: Everything. The place was comfortable. The bed was excellent, kitchen was well supplied, location easy access to all and the staff, Reynalyn & Rhon were attentive to requests. They were great!!

Cons: Maybe more lighting in the sofa area?

Pros: We are regular travelers and would rate Air Luxury Resort as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed in Manila. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, the view of Makati and Manila Bay at night was amazing! My family especially loved the amenities including the pools. The resort was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. There is a shopping mall and many cafes and restaurants at ground level. In all a quality comfortable safe resort. We will be sure to come back on our next trip.

Cons: The lift was a little slow, maintenance!

Pros: Everything was great. Place is nicely taken care of and very comfortable. The hot water works very well. Location is great, view is amazing. Internet works fast.

Cons: You will see about 5-10 cockroaches everyday. But that’s more of the apartment buildings fault not the renter.
