Good stay and great location

Pros: It’s very good location , the staff are very friendly and very puncture

Cons: When I was there , next door is doing big renovation , if you are back to room for rest in day time , it is very noisy .

Pros: This is my third review for this property because I liked it so much! Nothing to add on top of what I previously said, this is my go-to property when working from Manila and I love coming back. Princess is a wonderful host and this unit is great.

Great unit for short and long term stays!

Pros: I stayed in this property for several weeks on a work stay and really enjoyed my time here, Princess and her husband, my hosts, took great care of me during my stay and ensured I had prompt support whenever I needed any assistance. The unit itself is great, makes great use of space, and quickly turned into home away from home. Would and will stay again!

Ideally situated apartment, great use of space, exactly as pictured

Pros: I've stayed at this property for a full two weeks as I am here on business and extended in a separate booking by a further two weeks after my initial stay. Princess has been a great host, keeping in contact and happy to help quickly whenever I had questions or needed any assistance. The flat is exactly as pictured and ideally situated very close to the main locations in Makati as well as benefiting from Air Mall and Assembly Grounds / The Rise for additional food options.

Pros: It was a comfortable place to stay with my family. The location is close to the malls, convenience stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and a laundromat. Princess is also very accommodating and responsive which gives you assurance and peace of mind. Overall, this place is wonderful for travellers who want to stay in Makati for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

Pros: Staff were very accommodating and they are flexible about hours of stay(check-in/check-out). They have snacks and drinks available in the room.

Pros: we love the bright ambiance of the place in general and the coziness of the sofa and bed and that you can cook quick meals 😊 the place also comes with snacks and drinks that you can consume and pay before leaving

Best value for money in Makati

Pros: I travel a lot and often need a place to crash near where meetings are for a day or two and I’mmostly in the unit only for a few hours basically for sleep, shower and safe place for my luggage. During my recent stay in the Philippines, I had the pleasure of renting this unit that truly stood out as one of the best accommodation so far in makati at the price range. I got great value for money without feeling being in a cheaply designed and usual bare unit. Every aspect of the unit was well thought out, both cozy and simple, very lovely space making me wish I could extend my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and prompt in their responses. This unit has certainly raised the bar for me, and I am looking forward to renting it again on my next visit to Makati, Philippines!

Cons: The sheets and pillows are new. It could use some washing.
