Pros: Everything!staff polite and helpful, Efficient communication with Mayeth , seamless check in and out, apartment was clean, beds soo comfortable and linens fresh, pool access, apartment has cooking facilities like microwave, hot water kettle, electric stove top, fridge, Crockery and cutlery, strong water flow,clear housekeeping rules, NETFLIX👍 I would highly recommend staying at this place.

Cons: Day receptionist cold and rigid in dealing with guests. Says very little and does not smile, unwelcoming. This attitude affects guest self esteem, passing on a message to guests that they are a burden.

Pros: The apartment is amazing quality. Full kitchenette which we used to make our dinners from the local supermarket, large flat screen TV and couch, and exceptionally comfy bed. The bathroom has a fully enclosed shower which wad very welcome after backpacking using wet rooms. The pool is a 50m lane pool meaning you can also swim as well as cool off. The staff were amazingly friendly and we will definitely be booking this apartment whenever we are in manilla!

A good, comfortable stay, would stay here again.

Pros: Lovely sunset view over the sea and city, kitchen had everything we needed, good aircon, enough powder for one load of washing, close enough to the city, big pool and thorough security.

Cons: Floors were a bit dirty, pool is closed on Mondays and it’s only free for up to three people, be careful putting you washing to dry outside as the aircon drips a lot in that area, sauna was out of service for our stay and be prepared for the crazy busy road.

We enjoyed our stay @ the unit, we will definitely book again in our next holiday in PH.

Pros: Very accessible to everything like shops, airport, MOA, restaurants, and they have LAWSON’S next to the building 😅.The unit is very tidy, clean and aesthetic. It exceeded my expectations, definitely we will recommend this unit to our family friends in Australia.

Pros: I asked for a late checkout which was sorted right away by the owner (Christian). After checking out I asked if I could still use the pool and the towel in the room which wasn’t a problem at all. Apartment is great, same for the facilities.

very good value for money for the space

Pros: The size of the apartment was very good - plenty of space to spread out We liked that there was a pool in the building as well as a little playground Location wise it's close to the airport so less travel time for us

Cons: it would have been good if we were provided with floor mats for the bathroom
