Pros: Our stay was comfy and very kid friendly. Very convenient location as well since it's just across Star City. We also got to meet the owner of the unit, sir Gian. He was so nice and even helped us with our luggage. We will surely be staying here again next time.

Pros: The place is almost perfect, clean, spacious, comfy, the ameneties are easy to use and accessible to guests, staff and host are nice. But if you're planning to cook, make sure to open the stove in advance, it takes few mins to heat up.

Nice room but location not so much

Pros: Nice building with beautiful lobby and fully stocked 24 h convenience store downstairs(the coffee they do there is bad though). The apartment is nice but it's missing TV and the electric stove does not work or very poorly .I don't care about TV but the stove should work. Very nice balcony overlooking the pool and Manila Bay. Security guards very nice downstairs. Communication by email for reserving a early check in was easy and helpful

Cons: No TV(I suspect it's an old issue as I have seen other comments), electric stove in room 10 f worked very poorly..impossible to cook. The location and surroundings where building is located is not nice with almost no life around and very few stores and non attractive restaurants. The location is the main drawback of this accomodation . But again the radiance manila bay building is definitely nice

#Carina during stay

Pros: The place is cozy. Very clean - did not find any bugs or insects. I like that they almost have everything that you need. The water pressure in the bathroom is superb. Nice view too. We went there for an occassion near PICC and during a typhoon. So glad and thankful that the owner is so easy to contact and to talk to. Process of the stay was easy. Thank you again and will definitely consider staying there again.

Cons: No TV. They are fixing it.

Good value for money. Would recommend it to any one looking for a place near Manila Bay area.

Pros: Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were superb.

Cons: The outside traffic could be heard from the room. Other than that, everything was perfect

Pros: The place feels very homey hence our stay was super comfortable. The place also comes with appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, and rice cooker which makes it easier to prepare healthier dishes.
