Pros: Everything except the pillows on the bed. They were absolutely garbage. Never had such a pain in the morning before like that.

A great location for bus station, MOA, airport, intramuros - and an ideal self-catering condo!

Pros: This is a nice large condo which was useful for us because we were passing through and needed space for a lot of luggage. The separate lounge and bedroom were great, especially as there was a TV in each. The kitchen was well stocked and I liked having the balcony. 24 hour reception and friendly, helpful staff made for a relaxed and easy stay.

Cons: The bed linen was clean but grey and stained, I would say that it's tired and due for renewal. We found the pillows to be an odd shape and bought our own cheap ones in MOA. Everything else was great.

Pros: The host was very responsive to every question, check in was smooth and easy, the flat was very clean. Especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, was nice being able to make food at home. Really felt like home.

Want to stay here again!!

Pros: Property was clean, updated, strong internet 200mbps omg, hot and cold shower working, medium sized fridge and washer and dryer, amazing view, cold aircon! Tv in the living room and bedroom! They have karaoke too! Free cleaning if you book for a week! And Ms Tina is an incredible host!

Pros: I cannot recommend the place and the host highly enough. Easy to communicate with and very hospitable. The host was kind enough to wait for me until the wee hours for me to check in. The place is very spacious, modern and clean. It couldn't have been more accommodating during my stay.

Visiting in Manila

Pros: Peaceful building. Good location; airport 20-30 mins away (depends on the traffic), walking distance to Old City (5 km), some small supermarkets and restaurants close. A/C and WiFi worked well. Small kitchen was enough for me.

Cons: When checking in, I had to wait for the host for 30 mins to get the room number and the door code. Normally you can get these in a message before arriving. The security guy, when I checked in, was bit rude. He was \

Pros: The place was safe and nice. The owner is very accomodating. The place was also very clean and the room is complete with everything. It is a really good place if you want to just relax. Would try and go back again.
