Pros: The location is really great, near to everything, and the view from room is stunning.

Great Stay for Business Trips

Pros: I like the room, it's clean, smells good, has flat iron, electric kettle, and pantry stocks. It has great view of the city lights from the balcony at night.

Cons: The shower heater seems not working.

Overall a nice experience, recommend for everyone that is looking for a condotel in Makati.

Pros: Good and modern apartment with a lot of things included , nice city view from 56 floor, good location close to everything in city center. Stuff was communicating and helpful

Cons: Bathroom could be a bit cleaner , could also be a bit more inspected/ checked for maintenance or small issues before someone arrives, not bad because I also requested earlier check-in and they did not have the time to do their check I assume , elevators can be annoying bit annoying and crowded especially in hot hours.

Pros: Pin lock at front door. The view is incredible. Integrated Convection stove. Modern look and feel. No funny smells. Super comfy bed.

Cons: Getting used to shower controls (1 minute or 2), but figured it out.

Pros: Hot water, helpful owner, great view on city, clean, safe, the flat contain everything what was needed for me.

Pros: The staff were very responsive; close to plenty of shops and restaurants; clean, well maintained property and unit

Cons: The balcony door window doesn't have anything to cover it so when the sun rises in the morning it's a little difficult to sleep; the unit seemed a little cramped

Pros: The staff are extremely helpful. Even though some undesirable moments came up, at no fault by the staff of the accommodation group, they nonetheless, with ease and calm, made sure all issues were sorted, and all questions answered with a positive outcome. Therefore, a demonstration of willingness to go beyond, and make sure, the beauty of the view, professionalism of the building, and amenities can be enjoyed.

Cons: I didn’t like problems others made. Fortunately the ones who run this accommodation, essentially remove the experience of these problems by themselves being of great assistance.
