Safe and nice place, with pleasant host

Pros: I like that it was a really safe area with nice people at the desc, clean and cozy room with everything you'll need. If more is needed it's just above market where you can get what you need. Easy to get in and get around

Cozy home

Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ma Ree’s; it was a very cozy home away from home. The location was great with various restaurants innthe buikding itself; and the host is exceptionally thoughtful, very accommodating and helpfully responsive. Communication was smooth and swift. Highly recommend place to stay.

Cons: It was a very large, popular and therefore very busy residence building and as one would expect, it felt congested at times - esp in the lifts. However, there are a number of lifts and they run quite quickly.

Pros: First of all, it is an apartment on a skyscrapper, so no reception, just security at the entrance of the building. The apartment was very clean and had everything a house could have. You can use the building swimming pool by paying a small fee (around €2,5 per day). The area is safe but a bit far from the old town, asia mall and other atractions, and public transport is not that great. But taxis are pretty cheap. There is variety of restaurants and bars around the building or at walking distance of 10-20 minutes.

Cons: The curtains were very thin, so a lot of light in the morning from early on. There was a malfunction in the bathroom, but the host was very polite and tried his best to find a solution. Not being a hotel, I could not leave my luggage in the entrance for some hours until I leave for the airport.

Pros: Great location with shopping and facilities close by.

Cons: Make sure to get an outline on how to work the hot water heater in the shower.

Pros: Really nice apartment, great view, facilities and a responsive host. Great location located right next to a mall with lots of food options. Would definitely return in the future!

Perfect for a little family or couple, good sights and close to Greenbelt/Glorietta!!

Pros: Stayed here for two and a half weeks with my husband and toddler and the space was perfect for our little family. Amenities were clean, staff and guards were helpful, view of Ayala Ave and Makati was great and the best part was having a SM Supermarket downstairs to grab last minute groceries especially if you have a little one or were just feeling especially snackish. The place was also equipped with an oven, another foldout lounge (for an extra bed if need be), a vacuum and a tv for all those days you just want to stay in and chill. 10/10 would look into booking this place again for our next stay!

Pros: Det var väldigt bra välstädat bekväma sängar. Ett perfekt boende om man vill sköta sig själv lite. Jag har absolut inget negativt att säga utan jag kommer gärna tillbaka.

Cons: Jag saknade lite att det inte fanns någon bar i närheten där man kan träffa lite folk över en öl eller så och snacka lite. Det blev lite ensamt som ensamresenär när man gillar att träffa människor

Pros: 위치나 숙박시설은 정말 좋았습니다. 그랩을 잡기도 편리하고, 건물이 컸다. 건물 1층에 마트가 있어서 장보기에 편리했다.

Cons: 수영장이 유료이다.
