A Refreshing Condo Unit Near BGC

Overall value for money and comfort

Pros: I am a returned guest because the property really suit my needs from location (my family is from the area), comfort, and value for money.

Cons: Some small things that I observed compared to my last visit but nothing that need to concern future guests

Pros: My daughter loved this place! , she even requested for us to stay for another night as she felt like she's home away from home. The place was so clean and has a very pleasant smell. Owner was so easy to deal with and the lady who maintains the cleanliness was really kind.

Pros: Its clean and near to everything,quiet and you can relax very comportable

Cons: Quiet and feel like home the host are so friedly so easy to talk too

Our stay was fine. It would be perfect if the issues I mentioned can be addressed for future use.

Pros: Close to grocery stores & fast foods & drugstore. Close to my relatives too.

Cons: The toilet is clogged most of the time and needs to be plunged. The shower sliding door is very difficult to open and close.

Cons: There was very little parking area so it's a challenge if you have a car.
