Santipha Residences

Pros: Thanking the owner for accommodating us even at wee hours in the morning since our trip was intended for funeral service and interment of one member of family.

Cons: Accomodation is located in a narrow street intersecting national road

Highly recommended

Pros: The location and the security of the place. The staff are awesome and they attend to our needs accordingly. They're easy to communicate with and responds right away.

Cons: The bathroom doesn't have a caddy to put our toiletries and it drains slowly when you shower so it seems like clogged.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant and accommodating! I would love to stay here again in the future!

Pros: The place was very accommodating! Very good location in a small alleyway towards the main road with nearby access for groceries or something to grab / eat / drink. The host was very welcoming and hospitable!

Cons: I would suggest some points for areas of improvement: A. Room: 1. Missing garbage bag(s) for garbage disposal - at least the initial set of bag(s) could have been provided especially when the guest(s) arrive on the 1st day. 2. There was no smoke detector in the room unless the other room(s) in the apartment do not any cooking amenities / appliances. 3. No tissue boxes yet even tissue rolls for the bathroom. 4. Although the room was generally clean, there had been 2-3 instances where cockroaches were detected crawling on the floor or walls on 2-3 consecutive days especially after coming back from outside. I would suggest some pest control at least once every 1–2 months. 5. A bed side table even a small one with some drawers with built-in locks would have been a great idea in order for the guest(s) to keep their personal belongings. 6. The wall socket beside the bunk bed was not working, especially if the guest(s) would like to charge their phones overnight. 7. Upon receiving the list of amenities / items for the room, there were no sets of knives (cutlery). Other cutlery items, such as spoons and forks were available. B: Bathroom: 1. There was no mirror even a small one above the wash basin. This is essential for daily use. The mirror near the door was okay but a mirror above the wash basin is essential in every bathroom / washroom. 2. There was no wiper to wipe the wet floor every time the guest would use the bathroom and take a shower. This should be provided other than the brush and dustpan. 3. The bathroom has no fan exhaust which is essential to remove bad odor and allow ventilation inside the bathroom. A small exhaust would have been okay. 4. No tissue rolls were provided for the bathroom (also mentioned above.) 5. The bathroom door threshold block / tile was not installed properly or not glued properly on the floor with the door frame.

Pros: Host was superb, easy to contact and very pleasant. Location is central and with easy access to transport and restos and business areas in Makati

Pros: This is our second home from Bataan! Both owners and their staff are very accommodating. Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️

Pros: This apartment was a fantastic find! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its cleanliness and comfortable warmth. The owner's welcoming personality made me feel right at home. The fast internet was a huge plus, and the incredibly convenient location, with nearby convenience stores, eateries, and a laundry shop, made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

THE BEST!

Pros: The best accommodation in our entire stay in Manila!!! VERY Hospitable host — in upper case letter — to express how thoughtful they were. My family booked another room last minute in the mid of the night — but Maam Acel was very kind to consider & prepare the room for us. Maraming salamat po! This may sound an exaggerated review but we’ve been to WORST accoms with RUDE owners — but SANTIPHA RESIDENCE IS SURELY NOT ONE. Fellow travellers, highly recommended po ‘to!!! Plus less than a minute away from 7/11 at affordable carenderias.
