Short stay but the place was really nice

Pros: the location was ideal it was close to lots commercial areas. the flat was very nice we were very pleased with the flat.

Cons: the instruction regarding the basement entrance was confusing it took us a while to locate it. we were not familiar with the area so it was very stressfull we had to keep circling the block and we ended up going to the wrong baswment parking at first. it would be nice if the building staff show the visitors a detailed map of the whole block with clear indication and even a picture of the front view to show which ramp to enter. even going to the reception was difficult because we could only see stairs and we had a big luggage. there should be a sign where the ramp is so the visitors dont have to use the stair.

The staff is very very friendly and very accommodating.

Pros: Very airy and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Also the property is convenient to bars and restaurants.

Pros: The property manager was responsive to all my questions. The place was clean and perfect for our needs. Love that there was no exchange of keys, it was all digital. The location was great too.. Thanks for all your assistance. We will be back again. Hopefully next time we will stay longer to take full advantage of what this unit has to offer...

Cons: I misunderstood the parking situation. I was under the impression I could pay for a spot during my stay. The Concierge was able to help us out and was directed on what to do which was very helpful.
