Very good stay!

Pros: Almost everything you need is in the kitchen. Hassle-free checkout. The owner replies immediately. I like that there is no physical key; it's automatic. The bed is comfy, and the room has a nice pool view. The lobby feels like a real five-star hotel. There is a 200 fee per hour for early check-in; the owner gave me a discount. The location is great as it's close to everything and 15minutes walking distance to SM MOA. The internet is good.

Cons: There is no mobile signal inside the room. The pool has a fee of 300. The guards were strict (not under the owners' control).

Pros: The Apartment was in a great location within walking distance of Mall of Asia there was plenty of options for places to eat were the entrance is there is a Alpha mart to pick up some essentials depending your choice of transport you can get a jeepney just out side to take you to EDSA ( Train Station ) or go to the Mall of Asia to get a bus

Pros: Nice apartment in a good location. Comfortable and clean.

Pros: Location is perfect, place is clean and complete. Pool view is perfect for morning coffee or night cap.

Cons: Stove markings are already erased. Had to guess which is high/low.

Location is good.

Pros: The first time I I booked I thought it was a good value.

Cons: The property needs upgrade everything especially those beddings and towels.

Pros: Die Lage ist ziemlich günstig, wenn man die Mall of Asia besuchen will. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön, wenn auch teilweise baufällig.

Cons: Die Anmeldung war ziemlich kompliziert. Obwohl ich schon vorab Ausweiskopien von allen Gästen geschickt hatte, war noch eine formelle Autorisierungsmail vom Besitzer des Apartments nötig. Spontan Gäste mit aufs Zimmer nehmen ist auch unmöglich.

Pros: The place was really clean, the bedsheets were really comfortble and the entire unit smells good. You have everything you need inside the property. The check in and check out was smooth.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Clean- even the hallways outside the condo, staff were nice, the owner of the property was reponsive, about 5 mins. walk to SM-MOA, nice view at the terrace

Cons: The washing machine was not working.

Pros: Есть кухня со всем необходимым, стиралка, напор воды хороший, есть бассейн, которым можно воспользоваться ща доп.плату(150php будни и 300 в выходные), близко (7 минут пешком) к Asia mall, и минут 15-30(от трафика) до аэропорта ехать, 15 минут до Intamuros. Балкон с видом на бассейн.

I would come back again, good outweighs the negatives.

Pros: It’s very convenient with shops, market, restaurants and the mall of Asia. All in walking distance. Very close to airport which was great. The facility is nice and clean. The air conditioning was quiet and worked great. It was nice and cold within few minutes.

Cons: The washing machine didn’t work while staying there for 5 days. Even though it was “fixed” , it didn’t clean our clothes. Had to clean our clothes and bedding by hand in the kitchen sink. Also, in order to use the pool, had to pay 150 pesos per head. Although was willing to pay, the guard wouldn’t accept our money and wanted the actual owner to give us coupons to use the pool. Just fyi for anyone, can’t purchase coupons on a Sunday, reasons were not explained.
