Philippines 🇵🇭

Pros: I loved the location. 5-10 min walking distance to MOA ARENA, so perfect for those watching a concert in that venue. The building also has a mini grocery, and a few restaurants, a spa, and a cafe, plus it's just right in front of a BDO and WATSONS Branch.

Pros: Jane, the host was great. Allowed us to check in early, which really helped us. Clean Room with kitchenette. Great location, close to everything. Highly recommended.

Pros: This is actually the second time we booked the place. Hassle-free checking-in process and the location is very accessible for us and for the purpose of our stay. Will definitely recommend the place.

The place is nice and the location is superb. It’s only a walking distance to MOA.

Pros: I like the room, bed is a good size and comfortable. It’s clean and well-organized

Cons: Checking-in. I don’t really get it why the Reception took so long to let us in. They were looking for something that was already there.

Loud noises! Aipllanded every 10mins

Pros: I thought this is closer to MOA complex but it's quite far to walk!

Cons: The place is tiny. It's like a box room. Room is very loud, very prone to the airplane landed every 10mins. Couldn't sleep properly. No hotwater. Shower very cold and had to boil hotwater to have a shower. No good especially when you arrived from Cold Country and used to have a warm shower.

Pros: The place is very nice and the unit is cozy. It is clean and the guards are very friendly.

Cons: Undisciplined visitors from other places are allowed to enter the condo even when they are intoxicated by alcohol.
