Pros: Perfect. Only we cant contact the number that you posted in our booking and nxt time can you pls indicate the suite number. Any ways we liked the place . Maybe next time we can book again your suite. All the best and good luck
Cons: Very convenient to rhe Malls and you got a very good pool to chill specially during summer season.

Great location and super clean
Pros: Great location for MOA, festival grounds and surrounding areas. We were welcomed and shown the apartment and told what to do at checkout. It was super clean and the owner had really thought about the apartment, putting hooks and useful things in there.
Cons: There was only bedding on the main bed and no spare bedding for the pull out futon or the spare mattress. Maybe if we'd informed ahead of time there would have been extras.

It was okay but I wish they inform us that there will be an extra charge for swimming pool.
Pros: The host and his caretaker are both friendly and accomodating.
Cons: You have to pay extra Php100 for each guest for you to use the swimming pool. We honestly book the place because of the swimming pool and its location.

Sprinklered appartment near Mall of Asia
Pros: Very easy and nice communication. Very nice appartment. Tower C is fully sprinkler protected. Aircon is perfect. Nice and comfy bed. Kitchen fully equipped. Free and fast WIFI. In direct walking distance to Mall of Asia. At the ground floor around the corner is a 24/7 small supermarket. We hope to be able to visit Shell Residencies soon again. Taxi ride to the airport at 3 am took ca. 20 minutes (almost no traffic ...:-)).
Cons: Everything is / was ok.

It served the purpose of our stay and we still enjoyed our stay here. I did not take any photos of the room.
Pros: Near to airport and near to MOA. The unit is almost complete in amenities, there’s washing machine, kettle, microwave, ref and kitchenwares. There’s towels too.
Cons: The guy who met us at the lobby was late or let me say took his own sweet time maybe? But I am not complaining about him as he is very nice and friendly. It’s just that I came in from a flight, haven’t slept the whole night, you just wanted to rest and sleep. So waiting for 10mins is like waiting for 1 hour. Next, there’s a lot of cockroaches in the unit. No wonder on the first day we arrived, the room has a very strong smell of spray, I realised that it’s for the cockroaches. Then the toilet has a bad smell when we removed the cover for the drainage, so I think the smell came from the toilet drainage. Lastly, the swimming pool tiles are broken so my son got a cut on his foot. The management should fix the swimming pool tiles, they are charging every guest regardless of age for 150pesos everyday for the usage of pool and then you cannot even maintain the tiles? There is also one section of the pool that is not open as there’s maintenance on going. So where’s the money going? I think the reason why you are charging every guest on a dialy basis is for you to maintain the pool area. It is okay to pay but make sure facilities are well kept. Even the plastic drainage around the pool area were broken, like super the cover were missing.

Pros: The place is really good. Owner and caretaker is very accommodating and nice. Staff of the residence is respectful . The place is clean and amenities is very good.
Cons: The pool heater is not on. Its too cold to swim , sayang since its so good for children since its not deep and its wide but children cannot swim longer time cause of cold water. Need to pay 150/head too if your using the pool, so no unlimited swimming 😅Overall its a good place to stay. Ofcourse hotel is much better. However if you prefer cooking doesnt mind the fee of the swimming pool (maybe youre alone or 2) then this place is highly recommended
