Cons: Some stuff’s in there was old like beddings and pillow cases. Need some tender loving care.

Pros: Proximity to MOA. Staff was reachable. Unit was clean.

Cons: Wall so thin that you can hear the noises from the hallway, neighbouring unit (i.e. chair being pulled, someone washing their clothes, water going down the drain) - these issues weren’t at owner’s fault. Builder used cheap materials!
