Pros: Location is near MOA. Outside you'll see nearby grocery stores, cafe and restaurants. Room is clean and comfy. Well maintained unit.

Enjoyable and will stay in this place again.

Pros: Breakfast N/A Check in very easy. Reception very helpful and friendly Location is perfect. Taxis and Gabs stops and picks up at doorstep. I like the food stalls on the outside ground. Tables and chairs provided for eat in. Prices are very affordable. They are open 7days a week. Groceries after hour is only a few minutes walk. Similar to 7/11 only they offer more varieties and larger in space.

Cons: Tropical Sanctuary in Pasay City is not well known to the airport taxi that I took. Proper name of the place is Shore Residences 2 Tower 2. It said MOA complex so I had the impression that the property is just a short stroll to MOA shopping centre. Wrong impression on my part. From Shore Residences is not walkable at all. To go to MOA shopping Centre had to take a taxi.

Pros: I love that the staff and customer service are very reliable and polite. The place is neat, nice, clean, well maintained and very comfortable to stay. There are restaurants and grocery stores within the area too. We enjoyed our stay and will look forward to return. Thank you very much!
