Great Stay!!!

Pros: All furniture and appliances are available at the property. The view is magnificent; my daughter's room faces the swimming pool.

Comfortable stay.

Pros: Location is very close to Mall of Asia. Short walking distance. There are 24hr convenient stores on ground level. Along with places to eat. There is a cost to use the pool. This seems to be the 'in-thing' in the Philippines. Used it once and that was enough. There was a washing machine available to use too. TV had Netflix. The room was small.

Cons: The Air conditioning worked. Perfectly, although it started to leak water on the bed. I placed and extra sheet to absorb the water.

Budget friendly, if you need grand facilities then better book a hotel. :)

Pros: The host was away but she made sure to assist my mom, the father of the host was so helpful and assisted my mother with her heavy package. Thank you! :) This is perfect for Filipino families/groups. You can cook and they have utensils. Just make sure to specify in advance how many occupants will come as to avoid other guests to be uncomfortable. One Queen size bed for two adults, and one sofa Bed. It is still worth what you pay for. I don’t know if they have more units. Just try to communicate with the host in advance and check availablility of extra beddings or linens. :)

Pros: Close proximity to Mall of Asia which is a big advantage when you are a trancient traveller. Apologies to the host, we didn't clean the room properly when we left as our flight was so early and we have 2 children.

Pros: Hello, first time mag stay dito. Okay naman ang place malapit sa Mall konting lakad lang, maraming maiikutan. Yung simbahan tlaga ang sadya namin Buti my malapit. Maraming mabilhan sa labas tapos relaxing yung view sa labas. Malinis yung unit, komportable, d na kami ng aircon kasi malamig naman.

Cons: Just need some improvement po, need ng tsinelas, yung heater d ata gumagana Pero Keri lang, yung kumot dn Sana pang double. Yung mga gamit for food, spoon, fork, may extra mangkok, extra basahan para sa lababo tsaka basurahan.. Overall stay okay naman po.

Fantastic Stay, Perfect Location!

Pros: We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond to any of our inquiries, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, just a short distance from MOA, and we were able to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Our balcony had a fantastic view of MOA, and we were lucky enough to catch the beautiful fireworks display from there — a truly memorable experience. The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!
