Pros: Proximity of the Mall to the property is a big factor.

Cons: There are some issues in the use of the pool which has been sorted out eventually. It's just that we wasted half an hour instead of a flawless use of the facilities.

Pros: I like the place stuff are really great. The place is clean, the room is really beautiful. We Enjoyed our stay. Especially in the pool Area. Incredible views, the City lights at night is really Wonderful. I am really glad I choose The Gremacy Residence celebrating My Birthday together with My friends.

Cons: The only thing that I didn't like is we can't go swimming together with My friends because the green Card is only allowed 2 person at a time.

Barkada's Staycation Experience at Gramercy Residences, Makati.

Pros: The apartment was impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and wonderfully comfortable; what we loved the most was the fantastic overlooking swimming pool, and the condo's owner was approachable.

Cons: I believe it would be a good idea for the owner to consider providing a set of towels in a single color, such as white, to enhance the overall elegance of the space. Not to mention the bedding.

Great location, amazing city lights

Pros: The unit is on the 51st floor and it’s the best view I’ve seen. The bed is really comfortable and I’m happy that we can cook. There are TV with Netflix and Prime Video, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, hair dryer and iron. I can say this is the best airbnb we’ve stayed in Metro Manila. We’ll definitely come back here when we’re in the Philippines.

Cons: Small cockroaches Staff rushing us to check out when it clearly says the check out time is until 1pm

Overall it was a very good place to stay. It was close to all the places we wanted to go.

Pros: Liked the place it was clean and the facilities were excellent. But there were five of us with 3 beds. Had to get an extra bed for P300. It was advertised to sleep 6 people.

Cons: There is only 1 access card. To get a spare one will cost P3500

Pros: Location, easy access to all shops and live entertainment, and staff members are very helpful, anything I need. like extra folded bed they provided ..and I really really enjoyed staying in there apartment...I will definitely recommend that to stay in gramercy residents.
