Pros: Closer to the place I visited, which is Century City, this property is very convenient for me. Very nice view from my studio. However, the owner may want to consider providing a dryer instead of manual drying, as air-drying indoors could cause unpleasant odors in the studio.

Cons: Something needs to be done to address the odor coming from the kitchen sink and the toilet drainage system. At times, an unpleasant smell comes out.

Well located comfortable apartment

Pros: Century Spire is a very nice modern building..very quiet and not too busy.. The apartment is spacious and the facilities are good but the layout is poor. The sofa faces the bed rather than the TV. The microwave oven is at knee level. But I enjoyed the building as I have stayed here before.

Cons: The room layout is poor and could be a lot better.

Century Spire Makati, a great place to stay

Pros: Happy with my entire stay. Staff are accomodating and friendly. Facilities are modern and clean. Like the amenities esp. the heated pool. Place is very convenient, near Century City Mall. A lot of food to eat nearby and with grocery store. With 24/7 convenience store also in front in case u missed or need anything. With nice and relaxing view, city view from the window.

Cons: None so far.

Pros: For me this accomodation was an amazing experience. I have probably never slept in such a high building. The view is mindblowing. The studio itself has all you need. Comfortable bed, TV, kitchen, big bathroom. You can also use the swimming pool and gym. Online self check-in is fast and easy. There's a big mall right under the building and many bars and restaurants around the area. The staff at the reception is super nice. Would definitely recommend.
