Smooth and cozy stay at Gramercy

Pros: My stay at Gramercy hosted by GotoPHIwas smooth and hasslefree despite having no personal interaction with the host. All communication was done via email, and everything went as expected... There was only one minor issue with Netflix, which required me to text Dennise. Although I didn’t receive a reply... they promptly sent someone to the unit to fix it, and everything was resolved efficiently... The unit itself was very cozyand I particularly appreciated the blue bedding as I dislike feminine colors and décor. The overall aesthetic of the unit felt gender neutral, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Good value for its location!

Pros: Considering the location, it really is a valuable find. Exactly what we needed! Good location and so many options for food and a lot of convenience stores around. The room we got to rent had a functioning kitchen which was a plus!

Cons: Checking in was a bit confusing but luckily we were allowed to leave our bags in the basement storage so we could go around while waiting for the check in time. Not bad! The card key thing is a bit tricky as well since we were only issued one key so either we all had to go down together or have someone go down to bring the key since we had to use it for the elevator.

Pros: A very special hotel in the heart of the city. Wonderful room, amazing views from the top pool, super comfortable beds, well equipped rooms, we had all we needed.

Pros: Our room was perfect for an overnight stay. Very clean, all necessary amenities provided. Love the pool and sauna!

Cons: No free parking so we paid for the overnight stay and in addition we found our car passenger side windshield open upon checkout. We reported the incident, I hope they look into this as it is really a serious matter.
