1BR Suite @ SM Jazz Residences - WIFI & Netflix

Pros: The property is very clean, everything was in order. It was walking distance to the office I went to. The property is just above the Jazz Mall so there was no problem where to dine and buy same essentials I liked the smooth check in and check out. Also, the security guards are courteous and friendly.

Cons: Not so much a dislike. But hope the property owner will place a shower curtain so as not to wet the floor of the toilet portion. Also, can the property owner provide an extra blanket in case the guests will not sleep together on the bed. Like when I stayed in the property, my companion was my nephew and he preferred to sleep on the sofa. Thank you.

Pros: Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Clear directions for check-in, and well-known location. Nice view from balcony. Supermarket downstairs along with restaurants and a CBTL coffee shop. For more local places, walk a couple of blocks west along Metropolitan Ave.

Cons: It's sometimes a bit busy at the elevator. Not a major issue.

Pros: Staff( concierge and security) were polite and accomodating, checking-in was fast. Host was responsive and sent instructions prior to my arrival. Unit was clean and minimalist which I personally liked. ** dump smell in the bathroom; also probably needs a shower curtain to prevent splashes of water all over the bathroom floor.

Pros: The location is perfect (Tower B) . Grocery, restaurant, coffee shop is just within the building. The room is clean and complete. The space is good for two persons. Me and my friend enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend the place for those who will take nclex. Very near to both Trident Tower and Armstrong tower😄👍

Generally fine.

Pros: The room is clean. The size of the room is consistent with the price we paid. The owner is friendly. The location is superior.

Cons: The plastic is still on the mattress. You need to buy your own shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and body wash, etc.. No washing machine, and there is no place or rod to hang your clothes, even though there are couple of hangers. Very strict in check-in and check-out time.

Pros: The place is very organized and clean. Smells fresh too. And the owner is very approachable and kind.

2nd time staying at the same place

Pros: The apartment itself was as great as during our previous stay. It's similar to others but well maintained and at great location. The owner reacts quickly on messages and calls when necessary.

Cons: Staff at the building reception was not very competent or almost rude. Using the swimming pool is not very straightforward.

Similar to other apartments in floor plan, but in good shape

Pros: Been in several apartments in Manila and many of them look like this one. However, this one is very well maintained and slightly bigger than others (also because of the balcony). It certainly has it all for a short time stay (we stayed a week). The owner is very responsive and super helpful. He replies very fast on messages. Check in and check out went smooth.

Cons: We had some confusion about food delivery, which can only happen at the second flood and not at the GF entrance. Every new security guard asked about our registration and Jazz ID. They stayed very friendly when we told we are there for a short term and already registered.

Great choice

Pros: Perfect location, seamless late night check-in, spotless, comfortable, well equipped and very fairly priced, in a good building. Internet was fast and reliable. My stay was perfect.

Cons: There seems to be an issue with excessive humidity in the unit, despite there being two or three humidity absorbants there was still somehow of a mouldy smell when you walk in, but it's not noticeable after a while (maybe I'm not too sensitive). While having the TV with Netflix is a plus, the TV itself is very cheap and the sound is terrible, i ended up watching the series in my phone instead 😂. The bedframe makes a but of noise if you move while sleeping, it could be easily fixed and would improve the experience a lot.

I’m satisfied and this is my second time here and definitely coming back .

Pros: Clean and everything is on the building (. Supermarket , restaurant etc )

Cons: Cleanliness is superb
