Pros: This cozy flat is located on the penthouse floor of Jazz' building - so you got everything you need in walking distance. The flat was one of the best accommodations we had in the Philippines. It was very clean, towels were provided and the communication was smooth. Can recommend this very much!!

Pros: Belle 4621 property exceeded my expectations. Everything in the unit was well prepared and properly cleaned that made things convenient for me. Very accessible location with a small commercial center next to it with many food options, a supermarket and coffee shops. Moreover, banks, atelier, laundry shops, and LBC courier service are also walking distance. Lastly, GRAB car service was trouble -free when it comes to accessing a mode of transport around Manila. I would also like to commend the building staff, who were all very professional, attentive and approachable.

Cons: The unit was perfectly clean. This is particularly more on the cleanliness of the service elevator and garbage room at the penthouse level as there were cockroaches. Guests aren't allowed to access the gym and pool area. However, there is an Anytime Fitness Gym outside of the building which has good equipment and they also offer classes. I opted for the daily usage which cost 500 pesos.

Pros: The apartment is clean and brightly lit. WiFi is good. Has Netflix which is good as well. A few restaurants and a supermarket are great to get drinkable water. Will consider to stay again if place is available.

Perfect residency for two people

Pros: Amazing place with good location and facilities. Netflix and prime video are available on the TV. Many malls and attractions were nearby with convenient stalls located below the residency. Owner was very efficient with replies and ensured a smooth journey.

Cons: Toilet was rather small and water was not safe to drink. However, owner provided drinking water.

Pros: Были семьей три человека, два взрослых и ребенок ( подросток), все безупречно!!! Чистая белоснежная постель, полотенца, есть все необходимое для длительного проживания, посуда, столовые приборы, микроволновая печь, холодильник). От аэропорта ехать минут 20. Рекомендую данный вариант, как для краткосрочного, дак и для длительного проживания.

Pros: La résidence est moderne, elle comprend une piscine (payante) et une aire de jeux donc parfait pour les familles. Elle est au-dessus d'un supermarché donc très pratique. Le studio est joliment décoré, bien équipé, propre et les lits sont confortables. Notre hôte a été réactif à chaque message.
