Cool Martin Family Hotel and Resort

It was a good stay

Pros: It was our second time staying there, and the staff were truly kind. Despite being Bisaya, we were able to understand each other well. We also met the owner, Mr. Martin — such a humble and accommodating person, just like his staff.

Cons: My partner and I just felt a bit sad because before, the videoke used to be unlimited, but now it costs 5 pesos per song. It also doesn’t seem to be working properly — sometimes you insert 5 pesos, but the song doesn’t play. Though the staff do replace it, it’s still a hassle for both the guests and the staff since they have to keep coming back and forth.

Pros: They have nice equipment in the room. fridge, cordless kettle, private bathroom, comfortable and clean bed, air conditioning and TV.

Cons: One room was stinking.

Long stay

Pros: It was wonderful staying in the hotel . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean,spacious and accessible to transportation and local SM mall. Amenities jacuzzi and sauna are on site. We did enjoyed our stay here. A good breakfast which caters for all nationality at affordable prices.

Pros: Location to centre and SM quiet area great place loved it everyday was good great staff. Secure Area and quiet near to SM and the bars are by SM

Cons: All was great really good value for money lovely staff would return as very nice people here and good facilities and good location

First time in Manila

Pros: Had a 2 day stopover on our first time in Manilla while waiting for our onward flight. It was a 500php grab taxi ride away. It was right for us, a short walk to a massive SM Mall with everything you could want,it was where I got my sim card and we ate out there both evenings. Pool was a plus as we were melting having just arrived. Martin and family where friendly and knowledgeable, would stay.again.

Great place to gather, and fantastic value for the money.

Pros: A nice place tucked away in a fairly quiet neighborhood, not too far from SM Bacoor. The rooms were clean and spacious. The owner/staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had about 14-18 people in our group, and everyone had a good time, with no complaints. The small children in our group absolutely loved the little kids' pool area. All in all, it was a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice place to gather with friends or family, and not spend a fortune. Probably one of, if not THE best value resorts in the area.
