Azure Urban Resort

Pros: Excellent services, nice room, staff are great. Security is tight.

Cons: Parking was a horrid experience. Three people told me where to park but the parking last simply waved me off. Had to pay a private resident to use his spot.

Even though my stay was short I found it to be a little expensive mainly because off using the swimming pool everyday

Pros: Good for family’s 7/11 convenience stores laundry facilities cafes restaurants

Cons: Having too pay to use the swimming pools paying for car parking no play area for small children

Perfect stay

Pros: Our host was very accommodating with an early check in and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The views were great and the close proximity to the mall, restaurants, pool and laundromats made it easy!

Pros: Next to sm mall , 25 mins max airport but very peaceful and safe inside

Cons: Taxis are not that easy especially in the evening

Host was amazing and went over and above to help us.

Pros: The wave pool was very good for the kids. Apartments were clean and spacious. Host was really helpful and helped at every step.

Cons: There could be more places to eat.

Excellent place to stay at.

Pros: I liked it since the location is close to the airport and the fact you did not think of the constant traffic outside the compound. The staff was easy do deal with when I wanted to extend the stay as well as if problem arised. Also, stores regardless what you needed close by. Highly recommend it for anyone that want one comfortable stay in this city. The view from the roof need to be experienced unless you get a room at the 18:th floor in St. Tropez which we got.

Cons: That you had limited access to the pool area. Only 2 shifts per day and that the wave effect was not much to talk about from my point of view.

Pros: Location.the resort is amazing a small paradise Indeed. Personel so friendly ready to assist u at all times.ots only the bad connection to wifi that spoils the picture

Cons: I would suggest that are always face towel for the face in rooms.is a must and customers no need to ask always for that. This has to change as well that there weren't knife always in table!!!!we aren't all Asian to eat with chop sticks.of course internet is very poor quality everywhere here same at all hotels I stayed with towels some don't even provide face towel. This is negative image I believe.
