Pros: Clean rooms Lovely food Nice pool area Friendly helpful staff Stunning fountain display

Cons: Buffet restaurant fee was not explained prior to eating, bill seemed excessive considering we ate for a lot less in other resturants & enjoyed them more.

Pros: I like everything. Enjoy my stay,the breakfast is excellent heaps of choices.expensive but worth it.

Pros: The hotel is luxurious, housekeeping and reception staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Location is very good, near airport, café and shops are within the hotel complex and of course the fountain was a joy to watch.

Cons: Airport transfer not free, is expensive, offered at a price, also breakfast.

We have done quite a bit of travelling, but this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

Pros: The room was amazing, with state of the art facilities. The Hotel was beautiful with lots of choice for restaurants and other facilities. We asked the reception staff if our rooms could changed so that we were near to our relatives and they were able to accommodate this request.

Cons: On one or two occasions, the eggs we ordered did not arrive at our table - this was a very small inconvenience.

Okada plush and flashy as usual made for a memorable birthday

Pros: Large room with club access, exceptionally well appointed. As it was my birthday there was a lovely chocolate cake waiting on the table - really thoughtful to do that. We had excellent food in the lounge and enjoyed the bay view from there.

Cons: Usually when you have club access at a hotel you can choose between the main breakfast restaurant or the club lounge. We were turned away from the main breakfast restaurant saying we had to eat in the club lounge (where selection is more slender even if it is less crowded). As we are paying more than other people staying at the hotel this kind of discrimination does not make sense. We should be free to choose.

Absolutely Brillant, just wasn’t long enough

Pros: Exceptional facilities and the staff were brilliant, nothing was ever an issues and went above and beyond their tasks as far as we were concerned. Wish we had more time there, it won’t be our last time back for sure.

Pros: The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Will definitely come back again next time ❤️ This was possible because of the lovely staff. I put review from somewhere else but ultimately we all loved everything.

Pros: Spacious and clean. Staff are very attentive and friendly.

Cons: Some thing in the room are totally worn out like the bar area, glasses in the draws werent replaced with fresh ones. Paints were worn out which makes out experience a bit of a second hand instead Of that “lux experience”

Excellent

Pros: I have ordered non smoking junior suite, but unfortunately when we checked there is no available room for us, so they gave me a smoking room.tho However, they have upgraded me to a nice and bigger room by which they offer to give me an unlimited sanitation just to make sure we won’t be bothered by any smell of smoke. Over all it was a fantastic experience, the service is excellent and most of them are approachable.
