Cons: Bed sheets gets changed every 3 days and once the house keeping put my dirty towels back on the bed folded to be used which made me disappointed just for this one small thing the place would have had 10 out of 10

A pleasant short-term stay.

Pros: Excellent location, near BGC area just crossing the busy Kalayaan Avenue. Despite this road carries traffic all the day long, there is no noise affectation at all to the hotel. There are many local eateries around, and for those willing to try restaurants and so on, there are several malls within very close and quiet walking distance (15-25 min at most).

Cons: Room service is scheduled each 3 days, which is fine and it is an environmentally-sustainable practice, while it helps to reduce unnecessary costs and keep very affordable rates. However, the guest must request personally to the front desk that service. It is not a serious inconvenience though, and at the same time room cleaning is not limited to specific hours, which is OK. On a different note, underground rooms may experience sometimes cloggage issues, due to drainage difficulties quite common to many areas in Metro Manila. Nevertheless, the maintenance staff was very diligent in solving them in a timely manner, after informing the front desk, so no complain at all.
