Pakistan 🇵🇰

Pros: We had to check in on an emergency basis at 2am due to problems with our previous hotel. They accomodated us. Their rooms were functional and nice. Their staff were extremely polite. The location is excellent.

Cons: The friendliness of the staff and security, the facilities and coffee shop. The room was lovely as was the location.

Pros: The hotel has improved a lot in terms of staff service. They now have a café in the lobby; the coffee is bad, perhaps the staff doesn't know how to prepare it properly, but the pastries are delicious. The staff there clearly need more training. Even so, it's a positive point since I can now have a pastry before my business meetings. I must reiterate, the coffee is truly awful; they could improve it.

Pros: The receptionist Princess, was charming and very helpful, a delight to chat with , the hotel is clean and in a great position. Will use again as I always use Red Planet hotels

Worth it

Pros: The staffs were very welcoming and nice, always smiling and greeting. It is close to the uptown mall and BGC high street which was very convenient and just walk distance. It’s affordable too.

Cons: There was a problem with the room but it was eventually fixed. Overall the experience was compensated by how nice the staffs were and how cleaned the room and hotel were. I would definitely still come back again here in the future.

Friendly, Clean, Convenient

Pros: This is a great hotel to stay at. I have stayed here twice this year, and it never lets me down. It's clean, the staff are friendly and it is very central. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in BGC. I'm looking forward to my third stay in August! .

Pros: The area is safe and there is many convenience store nearby along with fast food restos. The security guard is the plus point for me because he is very friendly and courteous.

Cons: It's just personal for me, I am not fond of higher floors, although I requested for a lower floor room, so that was an issue for me, and the aircon suddenly died down, I had to manually power it on again, and you can hear the banging of doors and the other rooms noises as well.
