Amazing.

Pros: Amazing location and facilities. Lovely staff. Great food! The staff are all lovely. Toni from front desk reception is so helpful and warm and kind. She gave us an amazing guest experience.

Cons: Nothing. Really had a perfect experience

Pros: The location was perfect for some shopping but I was really just hoping to get some R&R and the room was perfect for that. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Great selection and everything cooked to perfection.

Pros: The room was almost perfect, with truly stunning views, and the staff were very friendly. The internet was good almost all the time, and I was able to work remotely.

Cons: The service was excellent, but one thing surprised me. Why was the Peak restaurant staff’s evening meeting held downstairs near the elevators, where all hotel guests pass on their way to their rooms, before the restaurant opened? In such a fine hotel, I would expect there to be a proper meeting room. The staff were speaking loudly about customers’ language skills and accents, which felt inappropriate to hear as a guest. The breakfast was mostly a big mess. There was no information anywhere about how long the eggs were cooked. I don’t understand the point of the whole breakfast, as everything was spread out in different places. If breakfast is not included in the price, don’t go.

Top class hotel for business and private stay

Pros: Top class hotel with amazing breakfast and dinner buffet. Perfect pool area and beautiful view over the city. Directly adjacent to a nice Japanese shopping mall.

Really nice Hotel, but didn`t give us the kind of room we`ve been asking for

Pros: The hotel was really nice, staff was incredibly well trained and friendly. Breakfast was over the top! They serve everything you wish for. Rooms are nice, we had spacious 2 bathrooms. The pool is really nice and a good place to relax especially travelling with kids! Good location!

Cons: I contacted the hotel twice (months in advance!!) to make sure to get a room with the best possible view over the city for new years fireworks. As we are travelling with children that really was of importance to us - as it was kind of the highlight of the whole trip. The hotel gave us a room in the 45th floor with another skyscraper right in front of the room, rising maybe 5 floors higher. I went down again to tell the reception, I had asked for the best possible view and we had another house right in front. The only answer was, they can`t do more, because there were other clients checking in earlier than us and all the higher situated rooms would be occupied already. I told them, that this was the reason I wrote them, but they simply said sorry, but we can`t do anything about it (although confirming via email the top priority of that issue!). So we could`t see the main firework of the city of Manila, which took place write behind that tower in front of our room, which was very sad for us. A couple of floors higher would have created memories forever - now that was a real disappointment and the kids really were very sad. Would have been appreciated very much if they had done more to make sure that could have been realized. It still really leaves a sour taste.

A Luxury Oasis with Breathtaking Views of Manila Bay

Pros: I stayed for a few days at the Grand Hyatt BGC in Manila and the experience was excellent in every respect. Our corner room on the 52nd floor offered a breathtaking view of Manila Bay. The staff were always kind, attentive, and professional. The swimming pool, gym, and spa are well-maintained, spotless, and orderly. The elegance of the hotel is enhanced by the presence of fresh orchids throughout the property. The hotel’s restaurants are truly top-tier in gastronomy, offering both exceptional food quality and outstanding service for a memorable dining experience. A stay I highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and impeccable hospitality.
