Pros: Good quality. variety was gooo though not as many as in higher graded hotels. Room size are big.

Brilliant, love this hotel

Pros: The breakfast is decent, I wouldn't say it was a good representation of Filipino food, but was decent. The staff are lovely and a credit to the hotel. The room service is decently priced and the food is very good. This place is most definitely our go to place when we stay in Manila

Relaxing and I felt safe.

Pros: The room was larger than what I expected, Bonus points! House keeping was so friendly and efficient. Breakfast was not too bad, sufficient enough to fill our tummies. But most of all , the security officers and the staff at the entrance were superb! with no fail every time i return from an outing and their greetings are very warm and cozy.

Cons: Nothing much in this part, probably just the moving of furniture from the upstairs floor but its not too bad, bearable.
