Pros: Loved that feeling of getting back to civilization after one month in a province. Thoroughly enjoyable. The Filipino dinner at the restaurant that night was a lush and tasteful experience. One of the best in the Philippines.

Great stay for New Year’s Eve

Pros: Fantastic location within walking distance of the Mall of Asia and other main attractions such as Baclaran Church. Situated right next to a smaller W Mall. Fantastic location for New Year’s Eve as well, fantastic view from the room window!

Great Stay During New Year's Eve

Pros: Location of the hotel and the size of the room. Breakfast was okay but it was new year's day so it maybe it was special. All the staff are courteous.

Cons: They need to check the drainage in the shower room, it gets flooded after use.

A place to go back to

Pros: The staff, i should say, are the most exceptional during our stay. All of them are so accommodating. Everyone was so welcoming and greeted us everytime they see us. The security always made sure we dont miss anything or leave behind things whenever we get off our grab ride. They are very timely in attending to our needs and always have a smile on their face. They definitely made our stay memorable! The hotel itself feels like home. Its clean and comfortable. Room size is great and they have everything we need.

Cons: Nothing really. We had a marvelous stay.

Pros: Gym was excellent. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were kind and polite. Breakfast foods were very good. Location is very convenient.

Cons: Internet wasn't working for the TV during the first two days

I ask for extra blanket, refill the coffee sugar milk and was delivered very fast to my room

Pros: the place was very near to SMX , even walking distance ( venue for my daughter's oath taking ) nearest to mall, resto , laundry, atm machines. coffee shops .Receptionists were amazing. Breakfast was only 650 pesos with so much varieties of food. excellent staff, smooth checked in /out. we left our luggages with no time limit while we attended the oath taking .high end hotel but with very affordable price. i will recommend it to family and friends. see u again Citadines . i booked the room with washing machine ( laundry soap was provided. mineral water, coffee, tea ,sugar , milk was more than enough for 2 pax)

Pros: Loved everything! The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful and the room was clean, more spacious than I expected. Overall, really excellent! Had a small problem in the room, but the staff were able to solve it quickly and guaranteed us late check out which gave us time to prepare and freshen up before our event on the day of check out. Loved the experience and would definitely stay here again!
