Great value for money

Pros: It had all the amenities u cld ask for and a little balcony u cld sit at and enjoy the view. It was walking distance to the large shopping centre.

Cons: It was hard to find. The pullout bed (as I was a third person) was very uncomfortable it had a metal pole running in the centre so I had to squash to one side up against the mirror.

Good location

Pros: Just walking distance to the Mall of Asia and near Jollibee.

Excellent location

Pros: It wasn't me personally, but my brothers and sisters, the feedback was very good, they liked the location, as it's near MOA , they managed to witnessed the Pyro Musical, the location was excellent. Well kept place. It was positive feedback .

Cons: Apparently, the woman at the reception was not very helpful. My brother and my niece were let in already, I'm assuming it was King who let them in. My brother wrote all the names of the rest of the guests in the log book, and yet she gave them a hard time by asking for the booking reference. My sister's phone was out of battery, so she couldn't show it to her, but in the end, after a long discussion, they were let in. The person appeared to be rude. One of the units' doors at the balcony needs repairs. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for them . Thank you, King, he's pleasure dealing with him.

Good location, clean and comfortable.

Pros: I booked this property a few hours before we checked in, and the owner was very kind and quick in responding to my messages. The location was very close to the airport, which is very convenient as we are flying the next day. The room is clean and comfortable. Definitely come and stay in King and King's again.

Cons: Nothing. Our stay was great.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Pros: The owner of the unit was very prompt to reply to our concerns and was very friendly. It didn't take long for the staff to come up and assist us. Also, the view was great! We didn't have the time to use the pool and the playground though. The location was also very convenient as we wanted easier access to MOA and NAIA, especially if you have kids and senior citizens with you like I did. Thanks to the owner for her overwhelming patience in handling our issues, and apologies for the disturbance that my kids may have caused to other residents.

Pros: Easy access to mall ( SM MOA) and shops, near NAIA airport. Staffs are kinds and accommodating!

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: All of it😇 Staying for 5 days and feels like home,,,my kids enjoy and my hubby says very neat tidy and clean Highly recommended and definitely coming back when it's available

Pros: It was right across from mall of Asia. There were 4 pools. The staff was excellent and very helpful. I was able to check in 4 hours early. I recommend king of kings at sea residence. 💯🙏

Cons: I don't think there was one thing that was bad. Everyone and everything was great.

Pros: Its clean and near the moa, The host is very accomodating
