Worth the money!

Pros: Nice small condo for a very affordable price, on walking distance from SM Bicutan

Pros: The unit is clean, the aircon is cold. The host is very responsive and was jst one message away. The amenities are great. Your kids are gonna be so happy with the wave pool! lots of stores inside the vicinity and sm bicutan is just stone throw away

Cons: Hello, we love all except the television in room 820, it is not clear, i dunno if the tv is old or something, but the room is cold, clean.

Good

Pros: It was lovely for early check in after 30h+ travel time. The room had everything i needed: microwave, fridge including freezer, kitchen top etc. The air con was working really well. The area was very safe and only guests could enter the resort which made it feel very safe.

Cons: The only thing I found weird was the keys were already in the room when I arrived and they didn’t have the room number on it which made me think ‚would they fit elsewhere.. ?‚ When checking out (3:30am) i was told at the reception to go back to 2 floor and leave the keys there while i was carrying a big backpack and another bag.

Pros: The bed has a lot of pillows and blankets. Very comfortable and thick quality mattress. With a separating sliding window door in the room to let aircon make the bedroom cold faster. Although the hot water was not functional, the owner that I could contact via WhatsApp was reactive and arranged the issue the day itself to find parts. She also helped me quickly for fixing Netflix account. A very memorable stay in that apartment with a nice view of Manila roads and horizon.

Cons: The hot water was not fixed until we left apartment.

Convenient check in/check out.

Pros: So the room is really good for 2 people but it can accommodate up to 3, its just a bed and a sofa bed. -Very clean when we arrive -airconditioning is working. Super cold -complete towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash and handwash. Water heater for bathing is working. (make sure its on) (bring ur own toothpaste/toothbrush) -complete and clean plates, cookingwares, dish soap, kitchen utensils if im not mistaken up to 4 people. They have rice cooker and wash the electric kettle before u heat water for coffee. -clean sheets for beds. Clean towels for a couple. Working tv. Working wifi -CLAYGO -convenient check in/check out.

Cons: Cons The balcony is on the highway side of the road so no swimming pool view. Not very important for us but you may need this info.

Pros: The unit owned by Ruty was a very nice unit. Its clean and near the elevator but distance enough so it is quiet. Ruty was very accomodating...she helped in any way she can with our request. I willl definitely go back,hopefully with my entire family for a holiday staycation. 🥰

Cons: The guards at the entrance. When we get there it was earlier than check in time anbd was really raining, with our heavy luggages, im trying to enter to wait for us to check in but he shooed us to the waiting area downstairs in the heavy rains.

Pros: Accessible to all. Near SM Bicutan and the airport.

Great walking distance location to the mall. Safe accommodation and value for money for short stay

Pros: Location is walking distance to mall and Owner is attentive and very approachable with sudden adjustments and requests.

Cons: Refrigerator and some kitchen equipment needs cleaning. Freezer has moulds inside when we arrived and not nice to use.
