Pros: The kitchen and 2 sinks and the toilet and shower are separated.

Cons: The wifi did not work during our stays. But the staff is very helpful by contacting the internet provider but because it was weekend CS might not be available. Also got confused with the front desk passing us into another building 3 times.

Luxury hotel in the heart of Manila

Pros: I received first-class service from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning. I absolutely liked everything. It has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. My room had proper office desks and chairs, a table lamp, and all the necessary things, perfect for my business travel. The room was 5-star. Everything exceeded my expectations. Plus the room rates are very reasonable.. A truly memorable stay! Their customer service is so commendable. Thank you MADR Excellence.at Novotel. Will come back again for sure.

Pros: I was struck by the cleanliness and modernity of the room. Not only was it impeccably maintained, but the fantastic view truly made my stay unforgettable. It was a joy to wake up to such scenery in the morning. The location is good near the malls and its like 20 mins away from the airport. The amenities you provide greatly enhanced my overall experience. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center or the inviting lounge area, every aspect made my stay more enjoyable. The room is also equipped with kitchen appliances, great for long stay. I want to highlight the customer service as well, it was superb. Especially I want to thank you for accommodating my early check-in request. It was a thoughtful gesture that really smoothed my arrival, making the beginning of my stay seamless.
