Coast Stay by J 40th floor Penthouse

Pros: A beautiful and clean hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. The view of the room is very beautiful. We thank the employee, Rutchel, for the warm reception with the utmost respect.

Exceptional View, Homey Unit

Pros: The unit was complete with home appliances and utensils guests might need for a very homey stay. The view was exceptional! I also liked the hassle-free check-in and check-out system.

Cons: The parking is either along the service road that does not offer any security or at the property with condominium parking rates. But at least the latter has covered parking with security.

Pros: Attentive host, clean Apt and great view from balcony.

Pros: Wide room with great view, friendly and hospitable host, nice seating area.

Pros: the over looking of city lights also quiet and very clean building. also kuya guard and kuya na nag lilinis sa building is very friendly.

Pros: The balcony, the lobby on the penthouse, the internet it was good, the aesthetic design of the room

Cons: No outlet near the bed , you need to have an extension wire, no tv in the room, pool not free and u cant use it on a sunday since mo admin

Value for money accommodation with friendly and helpful owner!

Pros: Value for money for what I pay Have area for kitchen, small living room and dining area. The owner can be reached easily with clear and good check in instruction. Strong wifi connection.

Cons: Bathroom is too small and the water keeps leaking from the shower but it takes forever to dry to floor.

Pros: It was a wonderful stay,exceeded expectations!A good and comfortable bed, clean bathroom,very tidy and lovely kitchen equipped with everything you need and a beautiful view got the room with overlooking Manila Bay.The playground area and swimming pools are clean and wide. But what surprised us was that there was even a birthday set up made by the host. the house tent, toys and birthday greatings there made our child completely happy. Miss Jhayzel is a great host and there when you need her. Thank you Miss jhayzel and coast residence for wonderful weekend.we will be back again. We highly recommended!
