Good Stay, My Many Thanks to your Staff

Pros: The Hotel pretty much met my expectations. Breakfast was good when they served menu/alacarte style. Not so good when they offered open buffet. Staff are helpful and very respectful. Room was comfortable and clean. Their In-room service food is amazing and hotel was not very crowded most of the time which is really a plus.

Cons: They really should consider for a laundry station for long stay travellers. I would prefer a handheld shower head rather than a rainfall one in the bathroom. Hotel wifi is most of the times really slow. Though if you switch to their skylounge(23rd floor wifi) it is considerably faster. And yeah, location is not amazing. You are going to be somewhat far from everything Manila hast to offer due to the insane traffic of the city.

Pros: The staff was great, very helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and quite spacious for the price. There was ample parking space for guests.

Good value for money. Clean and new hotel.

Pros: Property is clean and maintained well with good facilities.

Cons: Breakfast. Although there are choices of Filipino foods to Continental foods, juice and are not provided nor its not free.

Pros: The interior of the room was excellent.staff we're friendly ,the cleanliness was good and the food was great, especially they do have liquid milk for our coffee

Cons: Hmmmm..I aircon needs to he clean and doesn't release coldness based on its temperature

Pros: Room is nice and spacious, location is accessible to malls and other shops. Breakfast was great, staff are accommodating and friendly.

Cons: The 1st room we got assigned has a problem of plumbing, toilet and tub is not draining.

this is the second time I stay at this hotel. very quit. near to Ali Mall .

Pros: staff very friendly. location is easy to reach. price is value for money. swimming pool great.

Cons: I don't like the WIFI is very weak. better buy Data from the airport at arrival.

Pros: The best part of this place is the staff. They are the most respectful and kindest people I have ever encountered. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet and has a good wifi. Never had any issues with wifi. Staff eager to assist with any queries, and were always greeting me with a smile upon my coming and going from the hotel. Overall it was a great experience to stay at this hotel and be looked after by the excellent staff here. Would highly recommend.

Pros: What I liked the most about the Sotogrange Katipunan was the staff. They were by far the best staff I have ever encountered for hotel stays. Front desk always greeted me with a smile whether I was coming or going, and also made the checkout and checkin as simple as possible. the restaurant staff were amazing. They bow and all greet you every time. and are probably the most professional, polite and kindest people. They made me feel like a royalty. They ensure everything is looked after for every detail.

Cons: nothing really. I have no complaints

Pros: La chambre est vraiment très agréable, c’est super propre on s’y sent bien !

Cons: Le petit déjeuner : portion très petite. On a redemandé des toasts -> il fallait payer un supplément ! Je redemande un café, que je prends avec du lait (il fallait rajouter un supplément pour un peu de lait dans mon deuxième café …). 2h après on avait déjà faim.
