Pros: The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, very convenient location and great breakfast buffet. The buffet has good variety. The staff were polite and attentive. One of the great hotels to stay.

Cons: The pool is not heated it would be nice if the pool can keep a temperaturr where kids will not shiever or get cold after getting off the pool.

A nice stay even during the busy holiday season.

Pros: It's actually my third time staying at Novotel, it was pretty much one of my go-to options when I plan to have a staycation with friends around Araneta because of the convenience of the location.

Cons: Lowkey kinda wished the TVs were smart TVs so that my friends and I could have wider choices of things to watch like Netflix or YT. Also I wasn't sure where to ask for a breakfast buffet add-on at the hotel. It was my first time booking the room without the breakfast included, but I was also unsure how to add it at the hotel as well 😅
