Cozy Two Bedroom Family Suites at Coast Residences near PICC

Perfect little apartment in Pasay.

Pros: The apartment although tight for 4 adults was in beautiful condition, well fitted out and well maintained. Sleeping was comfortable with 1 double bed for mum and dad. 1 large single for our 16yr old and the choice of sofa or futon for our 14yr old. We had a full choice of TV channels, free internet. Games room on the top floor. Swimming pools on the 7th floor. Using grab you could be at most of Manilas malls within 25mins for less than 500 pesos including the tip.Theres a small super market 1min walk from main entrance. It sells everything. Theres an ATM downstairs and if you're desperate a McDonalds 10 mins walk away.

Cons: I have nothing negative to say about the apartment or the building. You have to remember Manila is a very busy city. Millions of people going about their business day and night. In this apartment you wouldn't even notice any fumes or noise or aircraft, just if you go for a walk in the street especially at night there is a lot of traffic, crossing the road is a nightmare. That doesn't take away the fact the building is very safe and very high quality. There are guards on the entrance who are very efficient and friendly. If you use a grab or taxi you won't have to contend with the busy streets.

Pros: Conversation with host was very smooth. Nothing better than smooth communication and detailed explanation. Host was very understanding and helpful. Very prompt in responding to queries. Location was clean and comfortable and close to airport, malls and restaurants.

Cons: Nothing. I loved our stay.

Pros: the unit is very clean and the host is very accomodating, thank you so much.

Cons: it is much better if both rooms has AC.

Pros: Przyjemne, czyste i dość funkcjonalne mieszkanie w nowoczesnym wieżowcu z recepcją i ochroną. Wlaścicielka bardzo komunikatywna i pomocna. Blisko sklep.

Cons: Klimatyzacja schładza głownie mały pokoj - jest w nim szybko zimno podczas gdy w dalszej, większej sypialni nadal duszno. Musielimy kupic własny papier toaletowy..

Pros: The place is clean and well maintained, making for a very comfortable and relaxing experience.host was very communicative and provided clear instructions for check-in and accessing the unit.Nice city view.

Good stay, served our need for travels

Pros: The prompt response of the property owner with concerns and questions we had. She also allowed us to stay extra hours past check out due to our scheduled flight.

Cons: Not too many restaurants around walking distance from the place. We were told by people not to walk in the evening for safety reasons.

Amazing.

Pros: The place is near to almost every important location we need to go. The place is clean, wifi is fast, unit is safe and affordable. We would like to come and stay here again next time, in God’s grace.
