Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this condotel. The owner and staff were accommodating, friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The amenities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, we'd definitely stay here again!

A home away from home.

Pros: Location, owner, comfy place, the board games, wifi, reception and staff.We appreciated the owner's thoughtful provision of everything needed, making it feel just like home.

Cons: we didn't like to go yet and leave the place. but we have to since it's just a short leave :) will surely be back, and consider booking here.

I really enjoyed my stay

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay to the point where I wanted to extend, but it wasn't available. The host was very polite and quick with responding to any of my questions. They even went out of their way to ask other owners if they had available units. The unit had kitchenware and utilities so we were able to cook. The washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and shower was good 👍 The bed and pillows was comfortable, but the bed sofa wasn't. I liked that the wifi was fast and that the TV was great. It had free netflix. The location of the unit was good, because it was about a 20 minute walk to the Mall of Asia. There was restaurants and grocery stores (eg. Alframart) that was really close just a couple minutes walk. Also the check in and check out process was quick and smooth.

Cons: I didn't really like the bed sofa as it was uncomfortable to sleep or sit on.

Pros: The location, safety, convenience & the hosts kind consideration.

Cons: It‘s a bit tight & quite hot but it suits the price anyways so I have nothing to complain.

Servicial y cómodo.

Pros: La disponibilidad del anfritión es perfecta, siempre responde pronto y de forma muy amable, incluso a consultas no relacionadas directamente con el departamento. Está perfectamente equipado el departamento, todo a disponibilidad del huésped.

Cons: Hay alguna que otra cucaracha, pero parece ser algo habitual de la ciudad, y el anfritrión ofreció un servicio de limpieza gratuito a mitad de la estadía.

Great value for a short stay

Pros: Location: Waltermart is across the building with 24hrs KFC and Jollibee. Bed is comfortable and internet was fast. I was able to submit my school project on time. Very responsive host

Cons: Because it is a condo, there is no baggage storage.

Gastgeberin sehr nett. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Pros: Die Lage ist je nach Bedürfnis gut bis sehr gut. Der Flughafen ist gut mit dem Taxi erreichbar und die Mall of Asia sehr gut zu Fuß (ca. 10 Min). Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin einfach und angenehm.

Cons: Für zwei Leute wahrscheinlich top, zu dritt jedoch etwas eng. Ebenso ist der dritte Schlafplatz nicht wirklich komfortabel. Auch meinte der Security zu uns, dass grundsätzlich nur zwei Leute im Apartment erlaubt wären, hat uns dann aber trotzdem ohne weitere Hindernisse ins Apartment gelassen. Auch ich muss hier das Thema Gym erwähnen, es darf von Gästen nicht benutzt werden, ist aber in den Bildern aufgeführt. Dann lieber die Bilder rausnehmen, das erweckt einen falschen Eindruck. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung.
