Really good location and room with a great host.

Pros: The room is clean and well stocked with the basics (as well as some extra goodies from our host Kiko). Kiko was great and met me the night I arrived to get me checked in and show me around the facilities and the mall. He was also kind enough to answer some of my questions on things like gyms nearby and getting a sim card even before I arrived over WhatsApp. I stayed for two weeks and he had a cleaner come after a week to tidy, change the sheets and towels, etc. The room has air conditioning and a nice view of Makati. The Air Residences building and nearby Assembly Grounds at the Rise has anything you might need in the short term (supermarket downstairs, banks and ATMs, laundry service, restaurants, beauty services). Easy to get to anywhere I needed to via Grab. There is a nice pool and a coworking/studying spot (both on level 8). The guards and all staff were lovely. I also loved playing with the community cats that live around the building!

Cons: Cockroaches were definitely a bit of an issue - you need to stay on top of being clean and taking the rubbish out multiple times a day, and even then I still saw quite a few. They are small ones though, not like the ones we get in Sydney. The bathroom is really small and basic - good enough for what it’s used for but a bit cramped.

Memorable stay ever

Pros: Thank you for the 5 nights stay in your unit. The place is quiet and comfortable. We stayed there for the NCLEX exam in Trident Tower and it is conducive for learning and I passed. Kudos to the owner also. Ang bait and accommodating. Lagi Kami kinukumusta Ng owner Kung okay Lang ba kami sa unit

Pros: Love everything bout this place from the supermarket under the residence and restaurants, the location is also very convenient for visiting manila area (museums) and shopping centre (BGC area). The property has everything you need if ur travelling. washing machine, wifi and kitchen utensils is also a big plus 👍🏽 The owner is also very accommodating, helpful and sweet. Gave us a quick tour of the place and very responsive to our needs. Definitely one of the best stays i had! And we’ll definitely come back if i need a place to stay in makati ❤️

Pros: The host is excellent and very accommodating The amenities in the room is superb.. way beyond my expectations. This is among the best abnb with good location i have ever stayed because i travel a lot.
