Pros: Good location, clean and modern room, helpful staff.

Cons: I was missing two things from my room: - kitchen towel, which I could replace, with the provided tissues. - table and chairs for eating, since the cooking possibility is highlighted, it would have been nice to be able to sit down to have breakfast together.

Pros: The unit was spacious, the facilities were complete, and the host was responsive and wonderful to deal with. The reception staff and security guards were all very friendly and welcoming.

Definitely recommend

Pros: Great room on twenty ninth floor with views of modern Manila. Comfy sofa area with TV and desk. Lovely bed and great bathroom facilities. Microwave, hob, fridge, pots pans crockery cutlery, good enough for simple light cooking. Gym and infinity pool with a decent restaurant attached. Good location close to Makati. Friendly housekeeping came every 2 days. Staff generally helpful.

Cons: Not enough plug points. Light switches hard to figure out. Communication for service via booking.com app was a bit delayed and cumbersome. Hot shower power a bit weak.

Pros: The lication was great, near Makti in a client area, close to the ferri and 5 min walk to the bridge to Makati. Clean and comfy, very nice staff. The view from the room was amazing.

Comfortable Stay and Staff Who Go the Extra Mile

Pros: I like that the place is accessible and clean. I met the staff, who were polite and competent. I also appreciated the affordable “mini bar”. When I asked where I could have my clothes laundered, the staff were so helpful that one even offered to take them for me, as I only had a few items. Although this isn’t part of their standard service, they really go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

Pros: Location was great, lots of cafes near by that were walkable. It felt safe for the most part. Beds comfortable and facilities as expected. Bathroom had a great shower!

Cons: Staff took ages to come down to check us in, even though we were prepared to pay for an earlier check in. They did compensate with a bottle of wine!
