Pros: The room was super clean, there were staff at reception 24/7 - we arrived in the early hours of the morning and someone was there to greet us. The bed was nice and comfy, the air-con and wifi worked well as did the Netflix account. Staff were super kind and helpful, we had a ferry to catch from Batangas pier and thought we’d be able to get a taxi - but grab wasn’t available that far of a journey. They walked us to the bus depot (a 5 min walk away) and put us on the bus so we knew we were on the right one.

Pros: Every thing was great safe location great staff very clean and tidy room was big and spacious breakfast was amazing can't fault this place staying over a week

Comfortable, Clean, Cozy, and worth its price.

Pros: I like how the staff are very accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left. They also provided us with supplies like water and freshly brewed coffee which was really good. The room was cozy, modern, very clean, and smelled so good and well-maintained. I like how the area is quiet and accessible to the airport, and other destinations. Traffic is not also heavy in the area.

Cons: They should have bigger signage, we were quite lost when we first arrived since their signage is quite small. The staircase from our loft is steep and small which is difficult to bring up and down our heavy luggage and can be unsafe if there are kids. Other than that, The Hub District is worth its price.

Good choice for a lay over in Manila

Pros: The staff was very accommodating and assisted us with our arrival. The street was under construction, but they provided a shuttle service to transport us and our luggage, even just a few meters from the main street. All the staff was very friendly and helpful despite some of them not understanding very well some requests. The room was very comfortable and clean, and it even offered Netflix. The garden was lovely.

Cons: More care should be taken with staff noise in the early morning hours (not in the city itself, but in the hotel itself) since everything can be heard inside the room due to the proximity of the common areas to the rooms.

Great place to stay

Pros: Great place, relaxing view of garden outside. Very peaceful. Perfect place especially of planning to go on trip (near Bus Terminals in Pasay).

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room. Have returned many times. This time I checked out some days earlier and could still make a deal with the owner even though the cancellation policy states no refund. Appreciate the exception.

Cons: Missing some storage space in the room.

Pros: Rose and her team were the most helpful friendly crew you could hope to meet, they were always ready to help and always with a smile on their face.

Cons: Nothing.
