Just right for the amount

Pros: It's okay. Free hot and cold water. Not hot even it's a budget room

Cons: Too far from the main road, no kits like free shampoo, soap, etc. secondary lock is damage but can still be move manually.

MAINE Residence – A Home Away from Home.

Pros: The room was spacious and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the unlimited drinking water, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Pros: Near establishments. Food was accessible near the hotel. A safe place to stay in :)

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Buendia. A lot of eateries nearby. Shower is very strong.

Cons: Cockroaches in the room. Rooms have wall view.

2nd stay here.

Pros: Hotel is close to the Bus terminal and LTR. It is surprisingly quiet and my room was cool. The street is long with plenty of cheap places to eat and the food is good. Despite it being a poor area, the locals were friendly and I had no problems whatsoever. My second stay here and I would stat again. The price is decent

Overnight stay in Manila

Pros: Price, location, easy to find and close to bus drop off, quiet.

Cons: No toilet paper or toiletries, light switch very loose in bathroom.

Pros: I stayed at this place for one night as I had a flight to Singapore the next day. The standout feature of this accommodation is its convenient location. It’s just a few minutes away from the LRT Gil Puyat Station, making commuting hassle-free. There are also nearby fast-food options and a 7-Eleven for quick meals and essentials. Another great feature is the 24/7 front desk service, ensuring assistance is always available. Additionally, they provide free drinking water with dispensers conveniently located in the room, which is a thoughtful touch.

Cons: However, the Wi-Fi in my room was weak. I raised the issue with the front desk, and while they attempted to resolve it by restarting the router, the connection remained poor. As I was working during my stay, having a reliable internet connection was crucial, so this was a significant drawback for me.

Good for short stay. I just had to book a room here to leave my stuffs and get ready for a party.

Pros: I like the cheap price. Receptionist that time is nice. Easy check in and check out process.

Cons: The window blinds doesn't feel right. It's like no privacy and can hear the noise outside. Shower not working, But it's alright I get what I paid for

Got much more than my money's worth.

Pros: For those who don't mind to walk a little bit, this is a good place to start exploring Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Train(LRT-Gil Puyat), buses. jeepneys and taxis(Taft Ave.& Buendia Ave.) are just nearby. The place is a backpacker's and budget-conscious traveller's haven.

Cons: WIFI connectivity and in-room Entertainment (TV,which is sadly wifi-dependent) needs improvement. Parking is also a challenge as space is limited...

Great value for a private roon

Pros: I liked the location though it might not suit everyone. It was about 3km to nearest bar but Leveriza street itself is an interesting one, full of life, small shops and basic eateries. There's a 24 hour cafe very close by. The sky train is only less than 1km away which I found very useful Free water at the hotel and the smart, very polite staff were a nice cushioning welcome after a long flight and arriving in this manic city!

Cons: No hot water in shower but for the price I have no complaint
