Sheraton Manila Hotel at Newport World Resorts

Pros: Nice stuff, large room and nice breakfast! Good chose close to the airport and swimming pool was nice also the gym and you have direct access to the mall.

Pros: Eveeeything only the lights in the bedroom very dark need to have a bright light in the bedroom so we can see everything especially when we our packing our luggage

Pros: The quietness and the location and the staff are very much helpfull

Cons: Lack of clear and concise information regarding services and facilities that are included, no clear time table about events, it felt like we have to consistently ask and seek for answers ourselves.

Pros: Comfortable room and good location to the airport. The lounge bar food and wine were great.

Cons: The pool amenities closes at 9pm, which was early. While the room was comfortable, the flashing light from the smoke detector was very bright and made it harder to sleep.

Great for hotel close to airport and families

Pros: Close to airport Access to a decent shopping mall and wide selection of restaurants Connected to Newport mall via internal walkthroughs/bridges Large rooms, plenty of space with 2 beds and a mini table and chair setup - perfect for families with small kids

Cons: Bathroom had damages and mould visible to the shower area and around framing of bathroom doors. Lobby and main entrance to check in area is small and unappealing for a claimed 5 star hotel.

Pros: Phenomenally quiet and restful inner room even though close to the busy express way near the airport. Overall a brilliant stay.

Great stay at the sheraton

Pros: The hotel is accessible to and from the airport via runway manilaw with their free shuttle I booked a king room. It was spacious and clean. The small living area and office space were useful. The staff were nice and attentive. They made sure the stay went well. I arrived at 12 noon and Diego assisted me with early check in. There was a booking system issue, and he explained the cause and why it took time to locate my reservation. Booking.com had mixed up the name order, so he had to search manually. They extended my checkout to 1 pm. Aileen from guest services sent water and extra coffee on her own. She also left a handwritten note to confirm the late checkout, which felt thoughtful.

Cons: The room was a little far from the elevator, but this is expected for a large hotel. I bought cake to go from the ground floor outlet and found that there were no cutleries available for room use. I requested them through guest services. They informed me it would take 15 minutes. It arrived after an hour. i also felt the tv was outdated as you cannot use TV apps like netflix

Lovely hotel with a beautiful room

Pros: Gorgeous hotel, big spacious room with a view of one of the airport runways. Very clean, lovely furnishings and a very comfy bed. Connected to the mall behind it and there is a casino attached as well. Very well located in terms of the airport.

Cons: The walls must be quite thin as I could hear people in the rooms either side of me and doors slamming a lot. Quite expensive compared to other hotels and as I didn't get to stay for even 24 hours (my issue not the hotel's) I don't feel like I got full value for money

Amazing beautiful hotel

Pros: Everything! The rooms were absolutely stunning so beautiful classy clean & very elegant. The location was perfect near the airport & 7/11 & McDonald around the corner also .
