A great choice if using terminal 3.

Pros: We have stayed in Palm Tree Villas several times because it is handy for the airport, this apartment is the best so far. The bed is comfortable, the shower is nice and hot and everything works. The room was clean and well decorated.

Pros: Property is very close to NAIA T3 and is very easy to locate. Host is kind and instructions are detailed and easy to follow. The receptionists were nice and welcoming. The property is complete with equipment and perfect for short stay in the city. I had an excellent stay.

Pros: The place was very, very clean. You can see and smell that it is clean. The interior decor was tastefully done. The bed was really comfy and was spotless. The bathroom was small but very clean and designed correctly, with no wet floors and nothing leaking. Even the hairdryer was meticulously positioned. The towels looked, smelled, and felt very hygienic. The location was perfect for \

Cons: Wish we were informed of the unit number, so we could easily inform the guard of the date. When we didn't know the unit number, the security asked for the contact person's name. When we gave the name, he called her, and he gave us the unit number and the parking slot number. It would have been easier if we were informed prior, but the security guard did a good job getting those details.

Good apartment, chaotic check-in

Pros: The apartment was nice. The location relative to the airport was outstanding. If you don't have a lot of luggage, you can easily walk to the airport T3 via the Runway Manila pedestrian bridge.

Cons: The check-in was disorganized and lengthy. If you don't have a Tagalog speaker with you, it could get even more confusing, unless they improve their organization.

Nice stay for one night before departure to puerto princesa

Pros: Good place,really near airport,easy to found.all shops restaurants is few minutes walk away.only one thing in booking is written place name palm tree villas but in reality is one palm tree villas.so i recomended that place is good balance price and room.air con,wifi,balcon.nice clear room.

Cons: We have see in the room maybe 3 insects,but for us is nothing everything fine.all room a litlle old,but for that price is ok.
