Exceptional service

Pros: Right opposite terminal 3 with a free shuttle bus to the hotel from the runway manila bridge. Very efficient and friendly check in staff who are extremely accommodating with our requests due to delays with flights. Very clean facilities and a huge range of breakfast options. The hotel is a very popular event venue and it connects to casinoes and mall next door with loads of great restaurants. We loved our stay and will be back!!!

Comfy beds, Great breakfast too

Pros: The varied breakfast choices, proximity to airport, fresh coconut juice and premium breads and salads. Bed and pillows are super comfy and check out is at 12nn unlike other hotels which is 11am. Pool is super nice, with a jacuzzi and sauna that closes at 10pm, quite reasonable.

Cons: Croissants and dimsum limited, takes a while to refill. Spam and ham are mediocre.
