A ERY BEAUTIFUL AND WARM PLACE TO LIVE IN IN MANILA

Pros: They gave me a room with a view of the sea as requested by me. Location was very easy to find for any stranger to Manila. Breakfast was simply amazing.The range of food the the taste was simply superb.The staff was so friendly and warm and went out of their way to help us. Special mention for Mr Dale ( concierge ) . He did a lot of running for us to get us start and load our sim card . Mr Peter( concierge) and the check in ladies CATHY and NYAH also need special mention for their friendliness , warmth and their hospitality

Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect

Pros: The location was great, rooms were big and bathrooms were real fancy

Cons: I booked a room because in the reviews it said it was clean. I had to scrub the shower wall with a sponge because it was looking nasty. The shower head was quite nasty too. Overall the room looked old and meh.

Comfortable stay in a busy area of Manila

Pros: Very comfortable and quiet stay in a busy area of Manila. About 5 minutes walk from Robinsons Mall, and 10 from a metro. Plenty of taxis around, but make sure to agree a price first. Staff were all very helpful and spoke good English.

Cons: The pool and spa were closed for renovations.

Very enjoyable and i was also given a late check out to accommodate my travel plans id stay again

Pros: The pool was amazing and the staff very friendly the restaurant was very good and offered a wide selection of food and the staff were very attentive and helpful

Cons: Unfortunately refurbishment works were underway to the spa area but i suppose it has to happen sometime
