Highly recommended hotel.

Pros: Brilliant stay for 1 or 2 nights in Manila. Excellent location for the Old Town. Lovely room; quiet and comfortable. Great staff, especially the helpful concierge and security staff. Fantastic breakfast. Wonderful pool area and pool bar. (King, the pool barman and the pool man were fantastic). Highly recommended.

Cons: Everything was wonderful. A small criticism - the room smelt a bit and our safe didn't work.

Great location close to historic sites, very nice and serviceminded staff.

Pros: Very clean and especially the bathroom where the shower was great and towels of good thick quality

Cons: Having booked a massage it was a big surprise to enter a freezing cold room. The staff did all they could but it should be a given that a massage room should be warm and relaxing.

Cons: Seafood buffet in the evening was not very good. Meals were medium warm, seafood selection rather limited, dessert selection limited Bath tubs are outdated, especially when guests aren't young anymore. Accessible showers would be more convenient

Enjoyable stay.

Pros: Spacious and clean rooms with good facilities. Dining (breakfast, dinner or light bites) was excellent. The reception staff, concierge and house staff were all very good. Frank in concierge was always willing to help.

Well priced option for a stay in Bay area.

Pros: It is relatively close to intramuros and Rizal Park and has a nice sea view. On the other, backside the area looks a bit doggy. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was OK, a little bit oldfashioned but nice and well equipped. Wifi works well. Overall good experience.

Cons: The pool looked a bit dirty.

An awesome property to stay in. But for solo tourists, it may feel bit intimidating.

Pros: I absolutely loved the room, cleanliness, view from the room and ambience. However, it being 25th December Christmas night, not much was going on in the hotel which was a disappointment. Personal touch was missing. Most memorable person there was the restaurant manager who was himself clearing tables during busy times.

Cons: 1. Warmth was missing 2. Personal touches for tourists coming from other countries could have added to the experience 3. Very expensive 4. Lack of festivity inspite of festival time 5. Coldness in the air
